BSM celebrated Service Champions Day on 20 November 2024 at Tokyo Hall, Airport Mall, honouring the dedication and contributions of Service Champions at Shell Retail Stations. Present at the event were BSM Managing Director, Capt. Mohammed Alexirwan bin Haji Omar, BSM management and staff, as well as Service Champions from retail stations across the country.

The day commenced with a team-building exercise, where Service Champions from various retail stations formed four teams to participate in games and activities designed to foster networking and camaraderie. The programme continued with an inspiring motivational talk by guest speaker Ustaz Muhammad Khairul Muaz Bin Haji Sibodaud.

Five Service Champions were honoured for their long-standing dedication, marking milestones of 20 to 30 years of service. In addition, 21 Service Champions were awarded the Best Service Champion title for their outstanding contributions in customer service, safety initiatives, and communication excellence. Furthermore, retail station staff received certificates for completing the Product Discharge Procedures training, enhancing their expertise and knowledge in safe fuel handling practices.
